Adult psychological support

I provide psychological assessment and therapy for adults and older adolescents (16+). I aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for people from all backgrounds, and offer neuro-affirming and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications and Experience
I completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. I also hold a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with First Class Honours.

I have worked across private practice, public health hospitals, and university settings including Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, and Macquarie University. I have also worked in research and teaching roles at the Brain and Mind Centre at the University of Sydney and the MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development at Western Sydney University.

I have completed additional training and professional development in a number of different areas including Schema Therapy, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. ​​​​​
