I provide psychological assessment and treatment for adults over 16 years of age. I value providing a safe inclusive space for persons from all walks of life and backgrounds. I aim to provide neuro-affirming and trauma informed care. ​

I see people for a range of different problems and difficulties, such as:

  • Anxiety and worry

  • Depression and low mood

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Life transitions and adjustment difficulties

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Interpersonal difficulties 

  • Stress and Burnout

  • ADHD support

  • Specific phobias (e.g., Blood injection injury phobia)

  • Men's mental health difficulties

  • Adjustment to health conditions such as epilepsy or dementia

  • Functional Neurological Disorders

Qualifications and Experience

I completed my Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. I have also completed a PhD in cognitive psychology, a Bachelor of Arts-Psychology with First Class Honours in Psychology.

I have built my experience as a clinical psychologist working across private practice, public health hospitals, and University positions including Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney, Prince of Wales Hospital Randwick, and Macquarie University. I have also previously worked in research and teaching roles at the Brain and Mind Centre Sydney, and MARCS research Institute at Western Sydney University.

I have completed additional training and professional development in a number of different areas including Schema Therapy, EMDR, Family Systems therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and approaches to treat Functional Neurological Disorders. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
