​I work with a range of psychological difficulties including anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment difficulties, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and trauma.

I draw on evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also draw on attachment theory and relational approaches to help develop a deeper understanding of the patterns that shape people’s experiences.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable individuals who find themselves feeling stuck in recurring patterns of anxiety, self-criticism, relationship difficulties, or life stress. In therapy we work to understand these patterns more clearly and develop new ways of responding to them.

I aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for people from all backgrounds, and offer neuro-affirming and trauma-informed care.

I’m registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA), and am registered to provide psychological services under Medicare.​
